A flat tire is one of the fastest roadside fixes there is — as long as you have a usable spare. Our technician safely jacks up your vehicle, swaps the flat for your spare, and checks that it's properly seated and inflated before sending you on your way.
If you don't have a spare, the spare is also flat, or the damage is more than a simple puncture, we'll tell you honestly and can arrange a tow to a tire shop instead.
We install the spare tire that came with your vehicle. If you don't have a usable spare, let us know when you call and we can arrange a tow to the nearest tire shop instead.
Some newer vehicles come with a repair kit instead of a spare, or no spare at all. If that's the case, or if the spare is also flat, we'll tow your vehicle to a tire shop of your choice.
